Debra W. McCormick

Ms. McCormick’s practice primarily involves litigation and trial practice. However, she also represents clients in matters involving federal and state appeals in areas as diverse as adverse possession to trust litigation. Prior to forming Rubenstein, Bryan, McCormick & Pitts, PLLC, McCormick was a Director with the law firm of McKinney & Stringer, P.C., in Oklahoma City. Before that, Debra was employed as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Bana Roberts of the United States Western District from 1996 through 1999. Upon graduation from law school, in 1989, Debra was offered a position as a judicial assistant for Justice Robert E. Lavender of the Oklahoma Supreme Court where she remained until 1996.
